A Public Statement From DLM Property Management

June 7, 2026 A division of DealMate Holdings, LLC

At DLM Property Management, we understand that business owners want to know who they are working with before joining any new provider program. We also understand that when a company is rolling out something new at scale, questions can arise. That is why we have made transparency a central part of our process.

DLM Property Management is a division of DealMate Holdings, LLC. Our company has publicly shared its provider program, support information, weekly vendor call schedule, funding opportunities, and business partnership details so that service providers, homeowners, HOAs, and community partners can review the facts directly.

Our goal is simple: build a trusted network of qualified local service providers that can support homeowners, communities, HOAs, and property management needs across the country.

Our Commitment to Transparency

We have established weekly vendor calls so that businesses can hear directly from our team, ask questions live, and receive updates about the rollout. These calls are not private sales presentations. They are open discussion sessions created to provide clarity, accountability, and direct communication.

During these calls, we review the program, answer questions, discuss timelines, share updates, and give business owners an opportunity to better understand how the provider network is being built.

Any business that has concerns is encouraged to attend a weekly call and ask questions directly.

Weekly Business Grants

Each week during our vendor calls, we also award verified business grants to selected businesses.

Grant recipients are announced publicly, and recipients can be found on our Facebook page here:

These grants are part of our commitment to supporting small businesses, not just onboarding them. We believe local providers are the backbone of the communities we serve, and we are proud to help selected businesses with funding that can support growth, equipment, marketing, operations, and expansion.

Our CAI Business Partnership

DealMate Holdings, the parent company of DLM Property Management, recently became a CAI Business Partner.

CAI, the Community Associations Institute, is one of the most recognized organizations serving the community association industry. CAI supports homeowners, HOA board members, community managers, and service providers across the country.

Our business partnership with CAI is an important step in our long-term commitment to the HOA and community association space. We encourage businesses and community partners to review our CAI business profile for additional verification.

BBB Participation and Third-Party Review

We have invited the Better Business Bureau to attend our calls, and BBB representatives have attended several sessions. We have also encouraged any concerned business owner to invite their local BBB representative to one of our weekly calls.

In addition, we have shared financial information during our Friday meetings and are prepared to provide supporting financials to the BBB under a confidentiality agreement when appropriate. This allows a trusted third party to review the information responsibly and confirm that the information provided checks out.

We welcome serious questions, responsible review, and professional due diligence.

We Are Not a New Operation Without Clients

DLM Property Management is not a brand-new operation without business history or client relationships.

Our business history dates back to 2008. The part that is new is the formation of one unified property management company that brings together several acquired property management relationships, service programs, and operating divisions under one organized structure.

The purpose of this consolidation is to make the process easier for providers, homeowners, HOAs, and community partners by creating one clear platform, one provider network, and one streamlined process.

Program Rollout Timeline

We have consistently communicated that our new provider program is being rolled out during the summer.

This rollout includes provider onboarding, verification, technology improvements, community expansion, homeowner notifications, and continued provider communication. Because this is a large-scale rollout, not every provider will receive immediate requests the same day they enroll.

We understand that business owners want results quickly. We also believe it is important to build the system properly so that providers, residents, HOAs, and communities receive a process that is organized, reliable, and sustainable.

What We Are Not

DLM Property Management is not a pay-per-lead company.

We are not Angie’s List, Yelp, HomeAdvisor, Thumbtack, or a bidding platform where businesses are charged repeatedly for the same lead.

Our goal is to build a trusted provider network that connects approved local service providers with real community-based service opportunities as the rollout expands.

Our Message to Business Owners

We understand skepticism. Many small businesses have paid for leads, ads, platforms, or marketing programs that did not deliver what they expected. That frustration is real, and we do not dismiss it.

That is why we encourage every business owner to review our website, attend our calls, ask questions, verify our partnerships, review our grant recipients, and make an informed decision.

We do not ask anyone to rely on rumors or assumptions. We ask that you review the facts, speak with our team directly, and allow the rollout process to continue.

Our Commitment Moving Forward

DLM Property Management is committed to transparency, accountability, and long-term relationships with the businesses and communities we serve.

We will continue hosting weekly vendor calls. We will continue awarding verified business grants. We will continue working with third-party organizations. We will continue expanding our community provider network carefully and responsibly.

Most importantly, we will continue doing the work required to earn trust over time.
