Get Assigned to Communities
You are matched with up to 3 communities based on your service area and category. Your profile is shared with property owners and HOAs -- you are their go-to provider.
Receive Direct Service Requests
Property owners in your communities request work directly from you -- no competing bid process. You can also bid on projects outside your communities at no additional cost.
Our Community Coverage
A strong base of property owners and HOAs already connected to our platform and ready to request services.
We currently cover 80-90% of communities in most cities where we operate. In cities where coverage is between 60-85%, we are actively expanding to reach 90% by the end of 2026.
