About the Role
What you'll do as a Community Manager at DLM Property Management.
DLM Property Management is hiring Community Managers to represent our platform within individual residential communities. Each Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact between homeowners and DLM Property Management, ensuring residents are informed, supported, and connected to trusted local services.
This role focuses on communication, relationship-building, and service coordination. Community Managers actively engage with homeowners to understand their needs, explain DLM Property Management offerings, and help schedule services on their behalf.

Communication & Engagement
- Communicate with homeowners about DLM Property Management services, programs, and updates
- Proactively engage residents to understand home service needs and requests
- Respond to homeowner questions via phone, text, email, or platform tools
Service Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule services for homeowners using DLM systems and approved providers
- Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions and service requests
- Act as a trusted local representative for your assigned community
- Provide feedback to DLM Property Management on community needs and trends
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging homeowners via phone, text, and digital platforms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- Prior customer service, community outreach, property management, or coordination experience is a plus but not required
